how to run

from

the law in

southern Texas

...they were already looking for me...

...this was only two hours ago...

...but the streets became deserted...

...as soon as word got out that I was on the loose...

...nowhere to hide, though...

...finally, I found this vehicle, in which I spent most of the morning....

...later I had to get myself some new clothes...

...I went to see Jesse, but he had moved on, probably took the money with him...

...close by, I met this guy... he told me Jesse was heading over to El Paso, trying to sneak into Mexico over there...

...and so I drove west...

..it was getting dark, I had to find shelter for the night...

...the next morning, I strolled through the empty town...

...looking for a getaway car, when suddenly this beast emerged from the darkness...

...I knew I had to go to Mexico to find Jesse and my money... I tried to cross the rio grande once or twice...  too risky, though...

...so I traveled westbound for hours...

...from time to time I had to hide in the desert...

...or even on cemeteries...

...later, I had a couple of hours of sleep in a rusty school bus wreck...

...the border was close, but I didn't dare to cross...

...I was hungry and tried to get into some stores, but I would have need a crowbar...

...the next morning I went into the desert again...

...and there it was, Mexico. Jesse, watch your back. I'm coming...
